Stage 1 hours. We're a weekend destination for now — closed Monday–Thursday unless a listed event is on.
What we serve now
Every item has a story and a local supplier behind it. Paddock to plate is a value we live — local, ethical, and honest about where things come from.
An honest note on the kitchen
We're waiting on a food licence, so we're not plating cooked meals yet. The counter is loaded with coffee, chai, cacao, drinks, pies and bakery — but no cooked breakfast or burger menu right now.
Stage 2 (future): plated meals from ethical local suppliers — homemade burgers, hand-cut fries cooked in tallow, hearty breakfasts. We'll tell you the moment the kitchen fires up.

Parking
Room for cars on site. Coaches have historically used the large driveway — if you're bringing a group, let us know ahead so we can wave you in.
Road in
We're on Nerang-Murwillumbah Road, the scenic route through the Numinbah Valley. Take it slow — it's winding rainforest country, not a highway.
Bring
Comfortable shoes, a layer for the gorge mist, and a little patience — this is a living project, not a finished resort. The verandah is the best seat in the house.
If you're coming from the cave…
The Natural Bridge glow-worm cave and waterfall is a kilometre down the road. The classic move: do the cave loop in Springbrook National Park, then pull in here for a coffee and a pie while the rainforest breathes around you. We're the stopping place on the road — and we have been for a long time.
